The purpose of this porject is the development of a command line utility to control the Solaris audio devices (read "mixer"), something Solaris lacks.
The only bundled mixer application is the CDE Audio Control application sdtaudiocontrol(1).
An initial release has been made, labelled 0.1. It can currently modify output volume and input gain and mute/unmute sound output.
The aim is to show/modify all the avaliable options documented in audio(7).
